    I called Finley Gutters back at the end of May 2023 about a single seamless gutter I needed replaced from ladder damage. I talked to Tammy on the very first call who quickly arranged Ron to come to my home to survey on Friday 6/2/23. The price for the material and the labor was fair. We completed an agreement to repair that day. After a little confusion on scheduling - Tammy called to schedule a replacement install on Monday 6/19/23 and sent a physical quote via e-mail to confirm the agreement. We had heavy rains that week which led to the appointment getting pushed back. I never heard from the company the rest of that week. All of the sudden communication is gone. I have been able to reach Tammy just once on the phone since 6/19. It was the following week where I was told she would return my call after talking to Ron and getting a new replacement install date settled. I am still waiting for that phone call a month later in mid July. I have called almost daily for 4 weeks and all I ever get is sent to voicemail. Leaving voicemails has not yielded one return call. Sending e-mails to the business have not been responded to either. I am extremely frustrated in the poor communication, the lack of urgency and insincerity to complete and honor a business agreement for a simple replacement of a single, seamless damaged gutter that they now can not or refuse to fit in to their schedule after getting an agreement in principle to complete the work and reschedule for the original date we had agreed on.

    I would like to make notice that Finley Gutter came to my residence Friday, July 28th and replaced my gutter to satisfaction at the agreed upon rate.  Thank you to the BBB for helping to spur resolution with the business in this scenario.

    Date of Transaction: May 9th, 2023 Cost: $1800 Repair 2 water leaks coming from roofing on a back window area and siding on a front bedroom window area (which is the area that still needs repair). I still have water coming in the window.

    Hi,

    Ron F***** is working to resolve this issue with Mrs. ******. He did go to her home the week of June 25th to fix the issue.  He realize to see where the water is coming into the home he would need to recheck when there is a heavy downpour of rain.  I have spoken with Mrs. ****** and discussed what Mr. F***** would like to do.  She and I both looked at the forecast and the next good days for heavy rain will be the last week of July.  I will again talk with Mr. F***** to see if he could go out again before the last week of July.  Mr. F***** will resolve this issue with Mrs. ****** and make sure the leak is stopped.
