    I purchased a vehicle from this buy here pay here lot I been having problems with them and the vehicle ever since the guy Aundrea that did my contract continues to avoid me when I first purchased the vehicle there was some things that had to be done to the vehicle which is wrote on the contract to be fixed a week later the check engine light came on in the car I had it checked out which was the oil pressure sensor and knock sensor that had went out in the car I addressed it to them once I took the vehicle to them to get fixed they said they would replace both but only replaced the oil pressure sensors he say that a used vehicle is suppose to sound like it’s knocking when cranking up also I just found out that the vehicle had been in 8 wrecks and when I called the office to address it once again they said that he was not there I requested for him to put me in another vehicle and he refused cause the lady in the office said no also the brakes have been very loud and hesitate to stop the vehicle they said that it suppose to sound like that and I told them no it’s not. I been requesting to either be placed in another car or a refund since 2 days after I purchase the vehicle but now I’m requesting for my money and my payment that I have made on it back also they disclosed my personal information with a individual about the vehicle

    This car was recovered due to nonpayment. We sent the corresponding right to cure after 10 days – and gave her the additional 20 days to make a payment and get caught up. Attempts to collect the debt has also been done and no payments have been received.
    The car was sold as is and the customer signed the corresponding as is form when purchased. Still, she had a complaint about a noise which we took care of it by taking the car to the mechanic and making the repair. We have receipts for this. The car has been and still is drivable and in good condition.
