            In August, 2021, I employed Melanie at iDental Credential to provide negotiation/credentialing services for my dental office. I was promised by this representative that their business would help increase my insurance reimbursement as well as credential my practice with insurance companies. After waiting for some response, I was informed my representative was sick, and she would be back to contact me the following week, which never occurred. After I attempted several times to get clarification where we were in the process with no response. Essentially, in November, I was sent this exact quote "Keep in mind when COVID hit and even some time before a lot of the plans started reducing fees, so keeping the same fee that is in the office is probably decent to today's rates." Since this was written 18 months into the pandemic, I would have thought Melanie would have already known this situation and made me aware of this before I paid her $2000.00.
