I ordered a dress 10/10/22 from unlogicalpoem.store, received it about a month later and was dissatisfied with the quality and fit. I contacted the store and asked for a return. After some back and fourth I got their return address, sent the package via UPS and followed up 10 days after I mailed it. My order number with unlogicalpoem was **********. My tracking number with UPS is ******************. Unlogical poem told me they didn’t receive my return, but upon calling UPS they assured me the package was delivered at 1:08 pm 9/28/22. Unlogicalpoem responded by saying their warehouse staff hadn’t recieved the package and that its my problem now to make UPS responsible. I find it unacceptable that I have a paper trail with unlogical poem, UPS, and my credit card statement that I have done everything on my end to document and receive a refund for such poor quality goods from them, and due to negligence and unprofessionalism on their end, they are denying giving me my money back. I am hoping you can remedy this situation and hold these businesses to a better standard and not swindle customers
