            I ordered shoes from www.*****.com (which is run by Christina Shiefer) and they were too big. I asked for a size smaller which I received. They were also too big. I emailed customer support from the ***** website at **********@gmail.com which is Christina Shiefer requesting a return shipping label in order to get a refund and return the two pairs of shoes. . Christina emailed me back and said to send her a photo of the return label (receipt as she called it. No receipt was ever received with the shipments.) and she would credit me back for both pairs. I went to the ***** website to try to print a return label but the link to process returns was broken/didn't work (click here for return or contact us). I emailed her again explaining.that the link didn't work and to please send me a return label, to no avail. Christina did credit me 19 dollars for the shipping charges but after over 23 emails I still have not received a return shipping label in order to be refunded. I am owed $109.98. I am on ssdi and cannot afford to lose this kind of money. Christina also has a handbag website www.christinashiefer,com. I'm sure this site is a scam too. ***** Shoes are a scam scam scam. She offers free returns on the ***** website. Also, the address used **** ****** Rd Greer SC does not show any shoe business at that location. Kindly help me get back my money $109.98. These shoes were for my sons upcoming wedding and now I have to find additional money for wedding shoes. Thank you.

            READ ALL REVIEWS ABOUT CHRISTINA SHIEFER! Business gladly took my money and confirmd the items will arrive by a certain date, knowing the item will be shipping from China, NOT South Carolina. I have contacted the business multiple times and have sent the item back, still no refund. When I checked again last night, the business started calling me names and said "I needed to get my head checked and see a doctor!" This place is a SCAM! Complete "bait and switch" and will say whatever you want in order to get your money. DO NOT BUY!

            This customer has been engaging in fraudulent behavior, resorting to extortion and other deceitful tactics to acquire free items. Upon our refusal to comply with her demands, she has reacted irrationally, resorting to baseless complaints about various aspects of our service. She has criticized shipping times, product quality, and even raised objections to receiving notifications about her refund. In summary, she is proving to be the most problematic customer we have encountered.
