    Took car in December to be fixed since it was running hot all the time especially above 45mph. Manager called and said the radiator needed replacing. I asked them to fix it and had my car back in 6 hours, this was the December 23, 2023. Two weeks later when driving further than work, car is still running hot and having same issues. Took back to them a few weeks after initial "fix" and saving more money up and was told this time it was the water pump and cooling temp sensor that both need replacing. Was quoted an amount that was high and they didn't even acknowledge missing the issues the first time. Weird to me that all of those things were not caught at once if those were indeed the problem. Manager is complete jerk and thought he could pull one over on me because I am female. I decided after speaking with him and his rudeness/ inability to explain how this all was not caught the first time to go some where trustworthy. Took my car to a better more reputable location in the area and was told after they had my car for two days and ran tests on it and also checked the water pump and cooling temp sensors that the thermostat was bad..... which is far easier and cheaper to fix then all of the three things listed above. The manager of this company is a cheat and a sneak, who does not own up to mistakes and instead attempts to take more of your hard earned money to NOT fix your vehicle. I will never go back nor ever recommended this place to anyone in the future, especially to females. If I could give less than zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusted and appalled by the whole experience. This company gives car mechanics a bad name.
