    Not customer oriented.Moved into a home with existing security system. Signed a 3-year contract with no upgrades to system, only to find that we never use the system. Attempted to terminate and was told we'd have to pay for the service anyway. No investment by the security company and they want to hold our feet to the fire for $40/month I posted a review on ******* A representative called to ask what the problem was. I explained the situation and he said he would investigate and get back to me. Never heard back from him, and he did not return follow-up calls.Now 6-months later, I have *** making all payments as required. No payments missing, but they sent the account to collections and threatened to report as a bad debt unless I paid the whole contract balance at one time.
