      I purchased a turbo for my truck and it was leaking from the oil return line so I went to **** and bought new seals for it and replaced them and it still leaked so I called bostech they told me to send it back and they would replace it, well a hour later they called and said they do not have that turbo to send me so they would refund my money when I send it back and they send me a warranty form and I filled it out and sent it thru email to them. I than had to spend a thousand dollars on another turbo from another parts dealer so I sent the bad turbo back to them.7 days after they have received the turbo I wasn't contacted nor reimbursed anything so I called and was told they would get back to me that a few days went by no calls nothing g I called again and the lady ****** pit me thru to a guy named **** and he was as ignorant as can be. They than told me that they had to ship it back to the manufacturer and get it tested and that could take up to 2 weeks. Well I didn't buy it from the manufacturer and I **** sure wouldn't keep pulling the turbo and go thru all the h*** to keep replacing seals if it wasn't messed up but he said sorry but that's all I can do. That's not right in my eyes because they say how they warranty there products so well. No they do not. Who is to say that they will try to fix this bad part and tell me nothing is wrong with it and I get screwed outta 700 bucks. I am very very very angry with them because not only did I buy the turbo but spend and additional 600 bucks with them on other parts which are fine. I just don't have the money to be putting out and was told I would get my money soon as they received the bad turbo now I'm told a few weeks .
