    In my opinion, The resort management staff at this park is absolutely horrible. They allow for misleading information on rental sites, broken and missing furniture on sites, hidden cameras on rental sites, sewer smell by lake area. Limited pool food, no resort store, and some rude site owners. Management also treat their employees horribly and talk negatively about renters behind their backs. I would not recommend visiting here or buying a lot here. Be aware - they charge for an elite resort but in reality it is managed more like a low end rv park.Additionally, I have contacted the resort Board about these issues and have not heard that anything has changed. My wife and I were treated horribly by the resort management while being there.

    This is an ex-employee. They stayed as guests in our resort the following dates: June 21 - 27, 2021; May 7 - 21, 2022; March 1 - 31, 2023. They were employees with the resort from March 1, 2024 - May 5, 2024. They quit voluntarily to pursue a better/lucrative opportunity. They then stayed as guests in the resort from May 5-27, 2024. In July 2024, they reached out to the Board of Directors president voicing concerns of unfair treatment by the management staff. There was an internal investigation completed, and their findings were that the claims were unsubstantiated.
