              Please stay away from this company and 11 ********* lane. Worst rental and worst rental company Ive had to deal with. Booked for our honeymoon and is something out of a horror movie. Completely outdated and overpriced. Their standards for service are s***

              Dear ****,Thank you for taking time to share your candid feedback. As you know, upon hearing of your initial disappointment with the home we reached out immediately while you were staying with us to get more details and ensure you didnt feel unjustly committed to a rental property that didnt fit your expectations. We asked for an opportunity to address your concerns and also offered to assist your family in identifying a different rental property, if desired. We didnt hear back from anyone in your group for a few days, but when we did, we were able to extend a discount on your stay that was agreeable to your family to address the disappointment in your stay. Based on your comments here, we left a poor and indelible first impression on you and we apologize again for missing the ***** We consider ourselves an extremely hands-on and responsive rental company that assists guests quickly with any issues that arise. We wish we had the opportunity to make things right during your stay but are pleased that your family found our offer of a significant refund acceptable. We hope that you can find a much better experience next year when you return to the Island.
