    On February 26, 2022, we ordered a Lane Chair and Ottoman Model 9175 to match our Lane Sofa. The salesman, ****** said they would be able to get it, but said it would take 4-6 months. We put a deposit down, $526, on that date with the understanding that they would get the items. We continued to follow up and actually stopped in the store in April and spoke with another salesman about the order. He indicated that they were still waiting for delivery and to check back. We did follow up in June with same answer. We called again on August 2 only to find out the phone number was out of service. We drove to the store and it was locked and looking through the window saw it was empty. There was no notice and we have been unable to find out the owner's name and contact information.
