  Review Simple Home Exits
  Communication, Professionalism, Character of the individuals- traits I look for when I engage with any company; these traits define the people who work at Simple Home Exits.
  
  My experience with Steve and Kayce T along with Zoey J at Simple Home Exits was very positive from the beginning- my initial meeting with Steve to the end- the closing with Zoey and a final conversation with Kayce about the completed renovations.
  
  Selling and clearing out your family's home after 60 years could have been a daunting and deeply emotional experience if not for the professionalism and character of Steve, Kayce and Zoey at Simple Home Exits.
  
  Their professionalism never wavered during the several months of working with this team.
  Professionalism was evident in their knowledge about home construction, in their timely response to my questions or need for clarification, and their organized and thoughtful process of buying our home.
  
  The Core Values of this company are not just hollow rhetoric but are meaningful beliefs by which they operate in their decision making and interaction with others.
  
  In all of my conversations and interactions I discovered again and again that this company embraces the importance of integrity and an ethical and honest approach to any issue, all couched in an atmosphere of courtesy and genuine kindness. Buying and selling of a house 60 years old comes with its challenges and potential deal breakers. However, Steve and Kayce worked diligently with eye toward being fair as we together addressed and resolved any real or potential problem.
  
  And finally I saw an amazing transformation of our family's home from one in serious need of repair to one gleaming with its original beauty, charm, and warmth. Steve and Kayce who successfully articulated their vision to a team of restorers indeed have a keen eye for restoration, attention to detail, and a discerning approach to good craftsmanship.

  My wife and I want to thank Simple Home Exits!
  Friendly, trustworthy, professional and extremely helpful.
  We will not forget your kindness in what was a stressful situation, as we were about to embark on a new beginning, by leaving behind an important part of our life.
  At the same time, it warms our hearts that what we left behind was contributed in some small way to improving someone else's life!
