      Poly Energy was supposed to install solar panels on my roof. It was 2-months before they scheduled the installation. Then they showed up during light continuous rain with 3-laborers of which two reeked of marijuana so bad I could smell them from 20' feet away. I called their office regarding my concerns. These men were drilling holes in my roof and working in my electrical box under the influence! My concern was that my electrical system and roof would be compromised. After I called the second time the laborers were asked to leave. I emailed and requested 3-items to be repaired because of damage done and suspected of compromising my roof and electrical system. 1. The hardware that was installed on my roof to be removed and the roof repaired by a certified roofing company. 2. The electrical box and all components that were worked on to be inspected by a certified electrician. 3. The damaged gutters replaced. They responded telling me that that the crew was still under investigation - it had been 2-weeks! They were still employed. How long does it take to test for POT? Poly said they would pay 2-months of loan and give $600 in compensation. This wouldn't cover the repairs and inspections. They also said I would be in breach my contract and penalized. I threatened to report them and warn others that Poly Energy allows employees to work under the influence without penalty. Then they said they'd comply. It has been 4-months since my complaint. I still don't have the second gutter repaired nor the electrical inspected. They said I would need have the electrical taken care of myself - they don't want to spend the money for the needed permit. Poly Energy DOES NOT take responsibility unless threatened. My WARNING is if you want your home to be safe don't allow POLY ENERGY to install your solar system! Workers UNDER the INFLUENCE have NO business drilling holes in a roof nor working in an electrical panel. This leaves your home in a compromised unsecure state!

      "I recently had solar panels installed at my home by Poly Energy. The installers’ were polite, friendly and prepared for installing my solar panels. The sales team was extremely helpful, and it made my experience so much better. As with anything else, an unexpected problem occurred. I was missing 1 panel. Installation was delayed for that day. However it was not long until another installer was assigned to complete the job. Mr. Matt Rich wasted no time troubleshooting and repairing the service to my solar panel. He did not leave until my solar panels were totally operable. He was polite, respectful, well as informed of every step in being successful with my service. If I could, I surely would give everyone who played a part in installing my solar panels a raise. Thanks for the support. Kenneth Heath.

      Where to start! My sales man was Donnie! That was mostly a good experience! But the one thing that don’t mention is how many people /other companies you have to deal with just to get things up and running. I’ll! Make it short. They made it sound like I would only have $20 electric bills! And that’s a quote! I can’t help what they say there not allowed to tell costumers! They told me my bill would run around $20 this month my bill is 465.67. The installer who was wonderful, finished up and told me someone from poly would be out to fix my WiFi connection to make sure it was what my system needed! He still hasn’t showed! It’s been 4 months ( my system has only been up and running for a 5 weeks! That’s why I’m pissed over the &465.67 bill! But anyway, the person that gave me at poly energy that will handle my account, I kid you not is clueless. I get so angry every time I talk to her, which is twice she always gives me the wrong information. Example the last time I talked to her, she mentioned something about my battery system, I said I don’t have a battery system. She said you have to have a battery system for it to work. I said how much is a battery system? me being the idiot I am. Thinking couple hundred dollars she said no it’s 10 to 15,000. I said well don’t you think so much to mention the battery system to me? She said yes because you need one to bring your system. So I get on the phone to my salesman to tear him a new one.and the program that I’m on does not have to have battery system. It helps and I would’ve like to known that option but my local electric company buys energy back for me. And I want to tell about the first time I talk to this lady. But and then they said I would be having someone to come out to A soft run with a solar panels before they turned them on. That didn’t happen. She sent me an email. It won’t be through it. And I’m new to the solar world. I would’ve felt a lot safer with more than just an email! I don’t have enough spice to finish

      Pleasant and very helpful company. From the beginning to the end I’ve had zero problems with Poly Energy or anyone affiliated with them. Our salesperson sat down and was very thorough and very transparent with all the details of our project. All of our questions were answered satisfactory and if it was questionable to us , they went above and beyond to make sure we understood. We were given an opportunity to consult our tax preparer before committing without hassling or pressuring us to to make a quick decision. The installation went rather smoothly and everyone was very helpful. Our solar system is producing right on target and my first full month utility bill after install was a negative $-91.36!! I couldn’t be happier with the decision we made and for choosing Poly Energy as our solar experts. I would and have recommended them to several others who have now signed up with Poly Energy as well! Thanks Poly!

      The worst experience of my entire life. They do not communicate with the customer at all. Nothing but issues with the whole process!! If i knew what I was in for with Poly solar I would have ran away with my hair on Fire! The Operations Director Mona is unbelievably rude and not qualified for the position! Must be nepotism! The company’s executives are non existent when requested for a phone call to explain the company’s mission statement!! Which in my experience means we get the money and run!!!

      Hi Mr. D*****, We regret that this is your experience. While there were some delays with your project, they were not anything extraordinary to any construction project in the solar industry. You signed paperwork on 8/7/2023 and received project completion upon 11/9/2023. This is a very typical turnaround time for your area, especially considering you have an HOA. This is Moana and I am one of the owners of the company and indeed one of the executives you spoke with. Never once have you inquired about our mission statement, possibly you may be confusing us with the sales company who is a separate entity from Poly Energy. Our call logs and text message logs indicate that we have been in frequent communication with you. Our recorded phone calls with you were nothing but professional and amicable and my personal experience with you over the phone was very cordial; I do not understand where your claims of lack of communication, rudeness, and nepotism are coming from. It appears that our phone interactions with you compared to the written BBB/****** reviews and prolific text messaging to our employees are polar opposite in tone and content and I find your accusations to be inflammatory and defaming. Your feedback indicates to me that there is no reasonable standard of customer service that we could ever achieve, so I must satisfy myself by acknowledging the hard work my team has provided to you with your project. We work very hard to maintain a strong, local presence and I stand by our quality of service.

      They have the worst customer service. Repeated calls to and messages left to have a returned call netted nothing. The calls were to get an answer as to why my electric bill had skyrocketed. I was advised they would have to send a technician only after I sent $250. He arrived and could not explain why it was happening.
