  I have read all the reviews both positive and negative and here is what I know. I have been investing in real estate for the past 20 years. I have not used any of the systems or programs listed until recently. I have invested in TLC and Have bought, flipped held and rented properties all over the US. This is a hard and difficult business with ever changing variables. I use some of the software systems and have reviewed most of the materials, mainly for new or innovative ideas. The software makes my jobs easier and there are some new ideas I have pickup form the courses. But for those who think this is an easy turnkey to generate thousands of dollars. Not so much. If you are fully vested on becoming a real estate investor the software will make your life much easier and give you confidence. The training is good but does leave out some steps. If you are committed, then the program will give you r the basics to get started and the software is a plus. It is just not going to do the work for you. I have made over million dollars in real estate and if I had this program 20 years ago, I would have made 10-fold over.

  Only 3 stars due to the fact that I am still trying to understand the training and have not implemented any of it yet. Working on 2 programs at the moment and the videos have been very informative. So far so good on their end. Time will tell which way I update my review in the future.

  My overall experience with this company has been great. The friendly staff and customer service satisfaction was handled in a quick response time for a smooth transaction. I am glad to be a member of a great team.

  These guys both awesome rei and real estate wealth network are phonies! They push investor programs for a lot of money like they know what they are talking about but when asked to invest in something and put their money where their mouth is they will not do it. Their customer service people give you the brush off and they will not even look at a deal. Investors? I think not. Program pushers? I think so! Real investors look at every deal!

  We were not able to assist this member. What he requested was outside the parameters of the training. How the programs work, and the funding options are clearly laid out in the training program. This member was requesting funding on a buy and hold deal, and he purchased a wholesaling program. Our Support Hero did his best to explain this to the member, but the member became very angry and frustrated. Our goal is to help each member achieve success using their program, and define the parameters of the program. The member's potential deal, and his program, unfortunately were not a match.

  Good Day To All! , I'm excited to say that I have finished my Capital Syndicated Training. It was very informative and I really enjoyed all of the presenters. This was an Awesome training session.
