      On October 13th 2022, me and my son went to Longstreet Chevrolet dealership to trade in a 2016 malibu.in return we purchase a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. The pay off $8500.00 for the car to Safe federal credit union. it has been three months no payment has not been received to safe federal credit union. I have tried several attempts to contact them with this issue via telephone. I spoke to young lady about this issue three weeks ago, no returned call. Please Help with this matter! I am very concerned.

      I purchased a 2017 ******* Santa Fe on 8/6/2022 with a check from my bank. I was given a bill of sale and a 45-day temporary tag. My first contact with the dealership was in early Sept. 2022 to inquire if my plates had arrived. I was told it was too soon; however, they would mail them to my home address upon receipt. After my temporary tag had expired on 9/20/22, I made several calls and left voicemails inquiring about where my plates were and when I could expect to receive them. Most recently, I called 4 times within 5 minutes because my calls kept being disconnected or I would be asked to hold and then mysteriously disconnected. My calls have continued through 12/15/22, as I have been to the local DMV office where they told me that I am not listed on the vehicle. A call was made in the presence of a DMV employee in which the dealer admitted they had an issue with the title but hope to have it resolved shortly. I explained that I've been forced to drive on expired tags since September and am at risk of being pulled over by the police, having the car towed, or possibly being arrested. The dealer stated unfortunately they could not get me another 45-day tag. I'm stressed because I don't have an alternate vehicle to drive and have anxiety every time I have to drive my car.

      I purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon on 5/23/2022 I have been calling and still have not received Title or Tag Almost 60 days Taylor from Longstreet tells me she is waiting on title from Auction Why did you sell me a vehicle with no title and why take almost 60 days???? I need title/tag or I need another vehicle!!!
