      Founders Federal Credit Union ************************************************ should be ashamed!!!!! They claim they Took out aftermarket insurance. on my auto loan demanding more money. We have communicated our options which they have acknowledged and the complications of that their error could cause. They still proceeded to illegally increased my auto loan with out. consent or signature. Mr. ***** ****** at the ********* ****** on at ******************************************. Was the point of contact for this matter and refuses transfer contact to higher levels. My history with Founders Federal Credit Union. has been above exceptional standings up to this point. I have been treated very poorly and unfairly this is unprofessional. They confirmed they understood my concerns and reasons. Something needs to be done to resolve this ASAP!

      Founders Federal Credit Union will not negotiate a settlement or attend a hearing and instead will put a judgment against me.This was a great place to go business 18 years ago but not anymore.

      Founders Sucks!!!!! They are going to repo my car after I have been in the ***** to Pay the past due balance. I've been turned away 3 times. Everything they kept adding fees. It's bS. I had medical issues that cost me my Job. I've lost both accounts because I had to over draw them to support my family during my struggles. Do they care nope!!!!. They never sent me a right to cure they never gave Mr a call or anything I called and was honest they told me they are taking my car. The joke is on them. The car is a POS. They will spend more money fixing it then what they will get out of it. ******. I hope the poor b******* that come and get it sleep well at night. O hope the bank f**** enjoy there fancy a** cars and nice homes. And to the mother ******* in loss prevention!!! I hope you all die of gonorrhea and rise in h*** you sick bastards!!!!!

      Founders Federal put a hold on my account and threatened to withdraw money from my account for moneys owed them by someone else. I totally disagree with this practice. I was forced to stop banking with them because I am retired, on a budget with barely enough to pay my own household expenses, and they constantly threatening to take money from my account to pay what they know I do not owe. Questionable practices in my opinion.

      Founders Federal Credit Union will literally go in other accounts to take money unauthorized. They claim to give you 30 days to clear any negative balances however if you have money in other accounts they help themselves without permission.

      Our financial institution has attempted to contact the member and the call was not returned. As outlined in the Membership Agreement and Disclosures, Founders may offset cross accounts to clear up any negative balance. Founders will close any share account if it exceeds 30 days in the negative.
