  This company is doing business under an inactive entity. This company does dog training classes and has very poor communication skills in problem resolution but has no problem communicating in order to gain business and money. The problem with the school is they have a no make up class and no refund policy. They just take your money. I spoke with their representative or owner named Kat, I'm not really sure who she is because you can only communicate with this company through email they do not take phone calls.. I should have seen the red flags from the beginning since this company also does not have a Google business listing so there is no platform to leave them a review. This company requires scheduling in advance so you purchase a package of classes and because their facility is completely outdoors if they get rained out they cancel the class and it is assumed that the following week you will have another class. Each semester is 4 or 6 weeks long and our last semester they rescheduled for a month and after that There was no formal email to solidify a date that worked for the entire class to make up the class. I was not able to make it nor my friend And we both lost our money for 2 classes for each of us. We contacted via email to negotiate make up class and they were completely unwilling to settle on a compromise that worked for us. They tell you to send your payment via PayPal So if you send as friends and family you will definitely not get your refund. This company treats your money like it's nothing. When signing up for classes There were dates that I would not be able to attend and instead of suggesting that I sign up for the following term, Kat suggested that we sign up anyway and just miss the class and lose the money because it was not a big deal as we wouldn't miss out on much. We want a refund on the classes that they did not properly reschedule in order for us to attend.

  I was advised by our instructor that the customer [and her friend/partner] did attend one more makeup class, which means no additional credits remain to be claimed.
