    Bill recently completed construction on our new home in the low country of SC. When we first met with Bill we went over the details of what we wanted in our forever home and gave him a copy of the custom house plans. He estimated the cost of construction and met with us again to go over those costs. He made recommendations to help save on costs and advised us on what was important to build a quality home. His cost estimate was spot on. He built our home within the estimated time frame he gave us at the beginning which saved us money on the construction loan. All of our neighbors on the island said we had the best quality built home on the island! He did a beautiful job! When issues would come up Bills experience and construction knowledge would find a quick solution and he kept the construction moving. We are truly thrilled with our beautiful new home and can’t say enough good things about Bill. His kindness, knowledge, his attention to the details and his construction accounting abilities are unmatched. We highly recommend Bill Seymour!
