    I Was Looking For A DJ For My Wedding For October 2nd Of Last Year. I Seen A Advertisement Of ******** And Contacted Him On June 1st of 2023. He Made A Contract And Agreed To Do My Wedding $825. I Sent Him My Deposit Of $413 On June 3rd , 2023. I Sent Him The Remaining Balance On July 14th, 2023. In His Contract It States That If He Is No Longer Needed He Would Need at the 14 Days Before Wedding Date To Receive A Refund. July 18th , 2023 I Contacted Him Letting Him Know I No Longer Needed Him Because The Wedding Was Cancelled. He Said I Would Receive A Full Refund That Friday Of The Week. He Keep Prolonging Things And Giving Me Different Reasons Why He Is Waiting To Pay Me Back. Stating That His Bank Put Out A Fraud On His Account And Once Everything Is Settled He Would Send My Money Back. After Months Of Him Not Reaching Back To Me , I Made A Bad Review On His ******** Business Profile And He Blocked Me Right After. I Contacted His Phone And Instagram and He Has Not Made No Contact Since November Of 2023. I Need Help Making Sure He Does Not Do This To Anyone Else And To Help Get My Money Back

    I had issues with my bank because of a purchase I made with for her wedding. I have agreed to return her deposit even though my deposits is non refundable.
