    We had a new construction home finished in October 2022. The business was directed to stop a water leak on the first day we moved in. The business sent a plumber who did not correct the leak which was costing us money. Several requests to fix the problem were given and they failed to come fix the issue for Months. We then found mold and water damage in our bathroom wall. This was the result of the failure to correct the issue after two months. When we finally complained to our builder after multiple calls and they sent a group of workers to fix the wall damage and to shut off the water. The plumbing company still had not come after almost 3 months. The company scheduled a person to come repair the plumbing on December 20th at 2pm. We called at 1:00pm and received an answer from Stacey who claimed they didn't have an appointment. She then proceeded to call us crazy over the phone because she thought she hung up, which was completely unprofessional and they still did not complete the job they were paid to do. We are at a loss and we are being called crazy after three months of wanting our plumping and damage fixed.

    Hi,

    The owner has been notified and looking into this situation with the management team.

    The call recordings will be pulled and all matters looked into.

    The dispatcher feels there was a misunderstanding as to what might have been said/heard.

    In any case we will certainly resolve this item for the homeowner.
