      I always check Better Business Bureau before making a major purchase and was please to see that Southern Vinyl and windows had no complaints with a considerably long time in business. I accepted their offer to replace 7 windows. Several days later, the salesman called to tell me the company would not provide the work agreed to. The explanation given was unclear. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company.

      I am very sorry to have to turn your job down. However, we could not get the window you wanted which was Bronze outside & white inside with nail fin & J-channel. We sent our project manager & installation technician out to analyze the correct window to use in this installation situation. And based on their determination to make the new window fit as the existing did you needed a new construction window with nail fin & j-channel attached for your type of installation. The bronze/White window that we sell does not come with both. So therefore, after discussing different options we might could take we decided it was best not to do this job. We never like to walk away from a job, but we also don't want to jeopardize damaging or changing the cosmetic look of the customer's home.
