I contacted Affordable fencing online for an estimate I got a call and text from a Joshua on 8/5/22 requesting I call him. I called he came out did the measurements and said he would email me the estimate. A lady with a New York number called asking about the type of fence got that straight then I text a few days later she calls again said Josh is still working on the estimate. I said ok no rush. Two days ago I text Josh asking for the estimate no reply so yesterday I called the NY number the lady was not nice she put Josh on the phone he gave me a run around said he would email it over by end of night and that he got my text and didn't reply he asked me to text my email and he would send it over. I never got the estimate he blew off my texts. I refuse to do business like this. I don't chase down contractors. They do not follow through do not respond and I don't trust them after reading the other reviews.

We have absolutely nothing to do with this ***** ******* She called us out for an estimate. We came out measured the yard. ***** was very demanding. After leaving we reserved multiple calls for an estimate before having time to get pricing for the material. I the owner decided not to move any further with her estimate due to the altitude she gave me and my employees. We have no ties with Karen, she's upset we refused her services and this is her retaliating, any other business would do the same. She is VERY disrespectful and as you can see childish.. this is only because she's upset we refused to have any dealings with her.

Their response is not accurate and no one including Josh or Jean told me they were not offering me an estimate. Josh came out did the measurements showed him my neighbors fence in what I wanted he said he would put the estimate together and email to me. I got a call from a NY number a female Jean she was asking what the measurements for the bottom I wanted I told her I wasn't understanding what she was asking me then Josh in the background said the width of the pickets because he said about my small dogs not fitting through I walked outside to my current fence and measured the width between current pickets they were 3 3/4" he replied so a 2" space would be better I said yes, he said he would work up the estimate that was on the 10th. I got another call from Jean with a voice message on the 12th saying Josh asked her to call me saying he's still working on the estimate and will get it to me as soon as he can. I sent a text to Jean at XXX-XXX-XXXX saying ok no rush thanks. Then I didn't hear anything else and no estimate. I sent Josh a text at XXX-XXX-XXXX on 8/25/22 asking if he was going to send the estimate and listed my address he never replied. On 8/26 I called the 845 number asked for Josh and the rest is noted in my orinigal comment. At no time did Josh or Jean state they were not going to give me an estimate in fact he stated he emailed it but my email might be wrong he asked me to verify my email by texting it to him and I did on 8/26/22 he said he would email it to me that night and never did. They are now trying to manipulate the situation by playing victim instead of telling the facts. Their lack of professional courtesy and lack of follow through is the result of this complaint. Being a responsible customer is not childish filing a complaint is not childish. Holding you accountable for your unprofessionalism is my right. I'm not upset as I was never told you declined to do business. I wasn't demanding I was being clear on what I needed and I did everything I was supposed to do as a potential customer. You use an out of state phone number for business calls you don't answer your phones with your company name too many red flags and the other customer reviews pretty much back up what I experienced.
