***** Carrell and his team are not to be trusted. He built in my neighborhood and not one person is happy with his construction or follow up. I do not believe any of these5 star ratings. They ruined the pavers on my patio and then destroyed the top layer in trying to remove the stain. We had to fight to get him to at least seal them. The toilets backed up into the tubs. Then when we could not reach his recommendation for plumber because there was no answer, we got another plumber, now ***** refuses to pay $600.00 to clear construction debris in the line. My garage flooded because a nail was driven into a water line then popped loose. Flooded garage and bathroom. Called his plumber again, there was no answer or voice mail. I called another plumber. With repairs and remediation and repairs, ***** refuses to reimburse us $5,000. All damage caused by his failure to hire qualified people and have quality control measures in place.
