I was interested in a pre-owned truck at Bell & Bell GMC. The window sticker was absent and I requested a copy, if available. I was provided a CarFax report and a report indicating the vehicle and options. Upon close inspection after leaving the dealership, I noted some of the options were listed as possibly absent. I downloaded a copy of the window sticker, only to find the offering price to be $5,000 plus the MSRP and that some options were unavailable on the model due to the chip shortage. The maximum trade-in value for my vehicle was also significantly lower than other offers and that of KBB and NADA. This is a "deal" that I am glad I didn't fall for. BUYER BEWARE!

Mr. ****** did in fact come in on June 4th, 2022 and met with one of our Sales Team members, he asked to see a Used 2022 GMC Sierra that was on our lot for sale. This particular truck had been GM Certified after it was traded in, had additional benefits and an extended warranty because of certification. Since GM, nor our dealership, displays a Factory Window Sticker, that Mr. ****** was asking to see, we were unable to accommodate his request to see one. However, the truck did have a Certification Window Sticker that did disclose the fact some options shown may or may not be on this particular unit. This is because these Stickers are printed based on the Vin # of the vehicle in question, and some options are not always on every vehicle produced. But the sticker does tell a prospective purchaser to verify all options prior to purchase.

And on a Used Truck or Car there is no longer an MSRP, our State does not allow the use of MSRP in the advertisement and selling of a Used Vehicle. However, Mr. ****** was quoted a price of $70,000, which is $2,925 under the Black Book "Clean" suggested pricing for this vehicle, and right now all used vehicles are being sold at a premium because of the current market. On Mr. ********* trade in Dodge, both KBB & NADA give suggest trade-in values of vehicles, but that pricing is based on final inspection & condition of a vehicle at the time of trade-in, it is not a guaranteed price.

We are sorry Mr. ****** was unable to trade in his vehicle with us, our prices are based on NADA & Black Book pricing at time of retail sale. But, we in no way tried to pressure Mr. ****** into buying this 2022 GMC Sierra, we appreciate the opportunity to have earned Mr. ********* business.
