      We had our gas tank filled by Blossman on 5/17/24, receive the bill in the mail and paid on on 9/26/24 for $342.48.I received a call from them a couple of weeks ago they were going to put me in collections for non-payment. I explained that had been paid already. The woman I spoke with was going to look into it. We arrive to the house for the holidays and receive a late notice in the mail say I was going to be reported to collections for non-payment. I immediately went on to pay, in a frenzy...and then realized I had in fact already paid that amount. (see the screenshot from my online account).This is not the first time this has happened with Blossman, it is the third. Almost every payment I've ever had doesn't register and we go through this song and dance. I explained that to the woman I spoke with already as well. This was a different company when my builder installed the equipment, etc. My guess is there was some confusion on the transfer of the account and paperwork as to why this is happening. But I've spoken with them about it and now I've paid twice, unnecessarily so, due to this issue. They are not fixing the issue and I don't know what to do at this point. I am requesting they return my money AND fix the issue on their end.Also - online I cannot access ANY of my statements, simply just the homepage I'm showing here.
