    We paid $279 to take the 8 hour driving class in July 2024 for my daughter. She was assigned a driver to do the on the road training. It is now November and we have not been contacted or able to contact anyone to set up and appointment. We have called every number online, emailed all the contacts and texted the driving instructor. We have gotten one reply from the instructor saying he has been on vacation. We have tried again to contact them multiple times and have been ghosted. We even went down to where they do their class to talk to the instructor. She was extremely rude and refused to give us a contact number or address our concern. She then just said she would not talk to us anymore. We had to start over with another school and are out the $279. When we called other schools they knew exactly who we were dealing with and said they get these calls all the time. We are just looking for a refund of the $279 and to warn others.

    In September of 2023, my son took an 8 hour drivers ed course with 864 drivers Ed. He was told at the time of the class that they were about 4 weeks behind but would be calling to schedule his 1st 3 hour driving lesson. He received a call in late November, early December (after I sent a follow up Email). He completed the 1st lesson of 2. Since then, we have been trying to schedule his final driving lesson so that he can get his license. I have left voicemails (when I am able, the mailbox is usually too full) and sent multiple emails. None have been returned. At this point, we are being forced to go with a different company and start over. We paid $279 for the course and $70 for the first lesson. We are requesting a refund.
