    Mr. Richards was contracted by me to build a roof over our 12x12 concrete pad off the back of the house last September. After completion of the roof it was determined that the roof leaked water through the underside of the roof. Mr. Richards made numerous attempts to fix the problem, to no avail. This issue persisted for months until Mr. Richards agreed to contact a roofing company to investigate and hopefully solve the issue, he also stated that he would be responsible for the payment to the roofing company. The roofing company did come out investigate and did fix the issue. The issue now is that the outstanding bill , from the roofing company, has not been paid by Mr. Richards. Mr. Richards has ignored texts, emails and phone calls from myself and the roofing company on this issue. The roofing company is now threatening to put lien on my property to collect on the work they did because they want that bill paid. D&R Homes, owned by Mr. Richards, is unreliable and horrible company to do business with and would advise anyone to looking to do business with him to completely avoid him.
