      September 25, 2023 $3,000.00 Agreed on them to fix floors. We have been trying to get Ronald R******** back out here to look at the issue we are having with the floors for 4 months now. He will make an appointment and will not call or show up. The vinyl has air pockets and lose at the edges. There are still soft spots and spots that they did not smooth down before putting the vinyl down. He was to replace the trimming and never did. The last time we had made an appointment with him was January 13, 2024 and he never showed. We had to get an electrician out because our dryer would not work. He found they replace a wire and did it wrong as to where our house could have caught on fire.
