    I purchased a purse online from Simply Charleston Boutique. No choices for how it would be shipped . The LOT # was not on the package when it was sent. It was on the order Clipped and attached from her website below. It shows that there is a lot number. The post office advised me it was sent 3rd class. This means when it is not able to be delivered correctly they destroy it. The purse was destroyed. No resolution was offered. I told her I had no options for class of mailing. She said there was. I had my daughter go on and pretend to buy a purse. She was not offered any shipping preferences either. So 3rd class is what you get. I always insure the purses I buy (they are not cheap) We both contacted the post office. Was told 3rd class was destroyed. She refused to believe this would happen. We waited 3 more weeks I do believe. Once again I reached out to her. I offered to accept half the responsibility with a partial refund. She told me it was my fault and my lose. So I have no purse and no refund or partial refund either. Would never do this to someone. Oh and it took me 2 months and me requesting a refund to get that I am at a TOTAL LOSS and she gets my money and only offers an I am sorry. She states because she never received it back she is not responsible for it. She didn't get it back because it was destroyed. She was basically saying to me. I have your money and you get nothing. Being able to prove the address. I would like a full refund. It was $175.58. If you like you can call my post office. I am sure they are tired of this purse. Oologah Post Office XXX-XXX-XXXX
