    I called this business to have them handle the tax filing for my recently deceased mother. They told me to bring by the documents and they would get back to me. I did so but I have not heard back in weeks. I called them today. They said they would call right back. I never heard back. When I tried to call them the number was disconnected.

    We have responded to the client, Mr. A****, that reached out to us. The client provided his documents on 6/11 and was told it would be about a 3-4 week turn around. He called on 7/9 and left a message with the office manager and was informed that we would provide an update. We strive for 24 hour response times but before we could respond, client called again after hours and filed complaint. The number was forwarding to our old answering service, which was an error, and played a disconnected number message. On 7/10 within 30 minutes of being open, Mr. A**** came in to take his documents back. They were given to him immediately. We responded to the client on 7/10 via email with some questions to complete the return. Mr. A**** responded and apologized for overreacting. We are working with the client to finalize work as soon as possible.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The issue was mainly a communication problem and they resolved everything. I will be happy to use their services.
