On July 1, I reached out to the 911 Driving School to get documentation proving I completed the 911 Driving School, which I had paid for their services. I paid $475 at the time I took the course. The business did not provide me with an certification at the time and now I am requesting it. Upon calling and requesting, they said they were unable to produce the documentation because "it was too long ago". I called one of their sister driving schools (Columbia, SC) and they said they would have been able to provide the documentation I requested no matter the length of time. The business even said they saw my name in their system and would not work with me on providing any type of documentation that I completed the course. I am asking for a letter on business letter head or the certification that I completed this course.

We had a scheduled drive for 7AM 12/2/23. I have had surgery and could not bring my son so my wife brought him in for his lesson. When they arrived he asked them to sit down and asked for the study guide. He berated him for not having it, they acknowledged that he needed to have it, then he asked how much driving time he has had since the last session. My son said 10 hours. Then he asked if he practiced the 3 point turn, back parking, and parallel parking. My son said yes except for parallel parking. Then he asked us why we were there spending 5 minutes berating my son and wife about what needs to be done. Then he pulled out a log listing specific things my son needed to get better at, including that he had a continuous cough which is due to a medicine he takes. My wife asked for the information and he said "it is not his job" and he refused to provide it. She then asked to see the study guide to make sure our son is better prepared, he said it is not his job to give another one and he refused to provide it or let her take a picture of the guide or what he needs to do to improve. She then addressed the concerns that we paid for the school and they are not letting us know what to do to make him better, which makes us helping to improve him difficult. He berated him consistently and then expected him to get into a car with him for a 2 hour driving session without being nervous which would not work. At that point he said "some parents don't do what they need to for their kids". Then he stood up and offered to cancel the session without a cancellation fee and my wife said she thought that was best. He proceeded to follow my wife and son out accosting them through the parking lot. At that point she told him he is being a jerk and that he is not helping his students by not telling them what they need to do to get better. Then he called my wife a jerk and left.
