    2/28/2024- Ordered an infrared blanket. Initiated a return the same day via email because the product didn't work; wouldn't heat above 70-73 degrees after an hour of being plugged in. It also wasn't as described on website. Website stated it had a heat dial of 1-8, this did not, and it seemed poorly made. They sent return label immediately. They received my return on March 7. I contacted them on March 8 to confirm. Was told the return team would be in the following week to process my return. Didn't hear anything. Contacted them on March 13, nothing. On March 14 was was told the lady that processes returns had been out sick, but it would be processed that day. Didn't hear back. Contacted them on March 15th, they said that their quality control team found the item to work fine and that they would be deducting 15% from my refund, as well as shipping cost. I wanted the infrared blanket. I wouldn't have purchased if I didn't. The blanket didn't heat up and wasn't as advertised. It took them over a week to refund me and they lied about it working properly so that they could keep some of my money. Poor business practices

    I called company on a Thursday and by the next day I received the wrap. I went to the Breg website and researched the size wrap I would need, Prior to contacting SourceOrtho to Ensure I was ordering the correct size. I was having knee surgery and needed a bigger size, so with the help of their great customer service rep, Amelia, I ordered the Shoulder wrap. Now I know that sounds weird, ordering a shoulder wrap for a knee surgery but that was the biggest Breg makes and I needed it to cover the front and back of knee. Amelia was awesome to work with and very helpful. I have not received customer service like this since COVID hit. Next day delivery helped me knock one item off my list before surgery, that I would no longer have to worry about. I am a RN and have had 2 shoulder surgeries and 2 knee surgeries. 2 with the Polar cube and 2 without. I truly believe in the product. It helps keep inflammation and swelling down and therefore helps with pain. I would recommend this company and if you can, purchase the cube and wraps. They have a dual connector that allows you to run 2 wraps on 1 cube which I was never told about by other companies I spoke to prior to choosing SourceOrtho, again, THANKS Amelia!     Will not honor return policy. Returned brace after removing from packaging, & they claim it was stained and dirty. .

    Source Ortho sells good products… However, there service and customer service is horrible. I ordered a product from them and never received it. When I called to inquire about it, Their customer service woman, was rude, unacomodating, With zero people skills, Source Ortho has the wrong people working with people. After being charged for the product, this lady told me that there was nothing they could do and that I needed to reorder. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same because Source Ortho is a scam.

    I ordered a cryo pump on July 21, next day air. After receiving confirmation of Next Day shipment, I received a later email saying pump would be delivered on July 24. I called to get credit for the $50+ next day charge. They put the blame on me for not checking the proper box on my order, even though the order confirmation said “Next Day” delivery. At the end, they refused to credit me for the misleading express shipment. The customer service person was more focused on shifting blame than to understand and correct the problem. I will not be using this vendor again.

    The customer chose ***** Standard Overnight shipping which is delivery the next business day. Unfortunately since the customer ordered on a Friday, the delivery was on Monday. We have this shipping information very clearly listed on our shipping page and we strongly encourage customers to call or email us with any questions related to expedited shipping to ensure that the product will arrive when the customer needs it. We initially offered a partial refund to the customer of the expedited shipping costs as a customer courtesy but the customer began cursing and shouting at the customer service agent who was explaining the shipping policy. After his outburst, we declined to issue the courtesy refund as abusive and insulting behavior will not be accepted or rewarded. The customer did receive the unit exactly as he ordered it.

    Extremely rude and unhelpful customer service. Spoke to them Friday morning and made an order after confirming it would be shipped that day and going over the delivery timeline with them. Would not have ordered if they hadn't said it would ship same day. Spoke to the lady on Monday when I got an email saying my order just shipped and she was rude and dismissive from the get go. She wanted me to pay more for a shipping upgrade to have it delivered on the timeline they told me originally. No apology or recognition that they were not meeting the service they said they would when I gave them my money. Would recommend finding a more polite and trustworthy dealer.

    Upon return of items, all shipping costs are deducted as is a 15% “restock” fee. Terms are clearly laid out in returns section. I spent a total of $144.55 on merchandise and shipping and retuned both items unused. I shipped one item back in its original, unopened shipping package as well. My refund was only $98.57, resulting in a net loss of $45.98. Beware of this company’s return practices. They are predatory.

    I paid $400 for order #****** and the team was very friendly until I received the item. After I received the product, I found out the item is not as it was described. I tried to contact them multiple times but they keep ignoring me and closing the chat on me. They are not even allowing me to add my feedback about the product I received. They do no allow customer to add a genuine review. How come such a company has an A+ rating with the bbb???
