On 12/24/2022, I submitted a warranty replacement request (latest of 10 over the past 3 years for this product) per the suggestion of Anna due to an error code (E301) being triggered on the Heatworks Model 3 tankless electric water heater. Since then, I have sent multiple emails (12/29, 1/4) and voicemails (4 on 1/10, 10 on 1/11…all options on their voice response tree goes to voicemail) requesting a status with no response. I even filled out and submitted a 2nd warranty replacement form on 1/7 in case the 1st one got lost. At this point, I’m not even sure the company is still in business since I have not been successful in getting past their voice response system for any option (Sales, Marketing, Business Support, Customer Support or individual employee directory selection).
