            My family rented a penthouse suite at Surfmaster through Garden City Realty in April/May of this year. The condo was beautiful, we had a great time. Upon returning home, I noticed a charge to our credit card from Garden City Realty so I called them enquiring what the charge was for. I was told it was because of the condition we left the condo in. I was told there had been feces smeared across the bathroom walls, shells crushed all over the floors throughout the place, and that the place was in total disarray. Our group consisted of 6 neat freak adults we would have never done what they said, we all walked through the condo before leaving, we stripped all the beds, ran the dishwasher, the place was clean. I asked the staff to send me a picture but they didn't have one, yet they are going to charge me $150??? Who wouldn't have at least have taken a picture with their phone as proof. I don't know what recourse I have at this point and would like to get any advice I can from you.
