    Horrible customer service... told me on a Thursday I would be on the schedule for that Monday. Readjusted my work schedule, no show, no call. I left 2 messages that day and nothing.. finally called me that Wednesday, I couldn't answer and didn't even have the courtesy to leave a message!! Absolutely the worst

    Lol sorry we didn't receive the information you were supposed to send us about your equipment so we can order the part you needed. If I recall you already had other companies tell you what the problem was and then called someone else. We can't just magically order a part we don't have any information about, and as with many other companies on the beach around this time of year, we only have one customer and should automatically know what they need and not actually need the information requested on a PENCILED in appointment contingent on information needed......Information not received equals appointment not valid.....Gets upset we didn't answer cause we were very busy at the time even though you did the exact same thing when we called back.....ignored the call and didn't answer, we should definitely leave a message because no way he will know who we are or why we are calling...... Thanks for the great review though.

    I texted photos as instructed to the number given to me by your worker within 15 minutes of our conversation, wasn't done magically.. funny the week before when I didn't leave a message I got a call back within 5 minutes but when I call on Monday and left 2 messages I got no return phone call.. info was sent.. water under the bridge, lesson learned..
