I ordered the part which was listed as in stock. The part was not in stock. I was told that there was no idea when or if it would be back in stock. I wanted a refund. Haven't received a response. Sounds like a scam to me. Hopefully I won't have to involve the AG's office in this.Initial Complaint

Order a replacement part R8573449A, Mopar took payment in full and three months later they are emailing about a price increase of $430 for the new part. Apparently, the part number changed and so did the price. Why take my money before the order is fulfilled just to have it canceled because they are trying to collect more money? That should be illegal and I could have used that money somewhere else.Initial Complaint

On April 30,2024 I dropped off my Jeep still covered under warranty.As of today 6/11/2024 my Jeep is still hostage and MOPAR will not release the information on my part that is backlogged. They have sent me 5 emails, each with a different estimated time of arrival for my part but none of them have been accurate. When I call to escalate the issue, the **** WAVE customer care line, I am told there is nothing they can do. When I call the dealer, ******* of **********, they tell me there is nothing they can do. At this point, no one can help me get my car back repaired and no one can give me an actual eta on when my part will be ready. I just want my car back repaired. I have uploaded a copy of our communications outlining the dates that I've been told and I uploaded a copy of the page showing this part as "unavailable".Initial Complaint

On March 31 2022, a set of 6 injectors part number #R8310746AA were purchased and installed by Carswap in ***********, SD. The pickup had ******* miles on it when they were installed by the dealership. After installing them that did not fix the problem, it was determined the engine needed replaced. Upon purchasing a NEW longblock from a diesel shop, to validate the warranty on the longblock, the injectors had to pass inspection. Rapid Diesel Pump Shop tested them and found only one to be in spec. Reganis in ***********, NE warrantied them in May of 2023. The warrantied injectors were installed into the new long block at ******* miles. *** weeks ago the pickup threw a 2149 fault code. The pickup was plugged into a computer and it was determined that #2 injector was under fueling and #6 solenoid is bad. I contacted ******* to warranty them yet again, and after two weeks I was told that they are out of the 24 month warranty. They stated the warranty did not start over when they warrantied them in May. Mind you this pickup is sitting with ******* miles on it. The first set was warrantied in 9 miles! This second set is bad within less than 5000 miles in a brand new longblock with a new fuel system! I contacted Mopar online and spoke to a ******************* and he stated that the warranty does start over and that it is not a 24month warranty that is actually a 3yr/100k mile warranty on reman parts. So with the conflicting answers I spoke with the parts manager out of Rapid City, SD dodge store and he agreed with *******. So I then called a Dodge dealership in ******** and they told me a different answer. They stated that cummins parts only have a 1 year warranty.I have all screen shots available, but I am unable to upload to BBB.Initial Complaint

I was not sent the part that was ordered. I've sent two return tickets and two emails trying to get the part returned but the company does not reply. I ordered a seat adjustment motor for 2011 Chrysler 200. These are all the same, and were clearly shown in the drawings on the site. The part that arrived is not even close to the correct size. I cannot figure out what car this would go to.Business Response

had issues with my car due to a faulty engine that was covered under a warranty since april of 2023. As of today my car has still not been serviced because the service center did not receive an engine. jeep ended up cancelling and resolving the issue even though no service has been done to my car. i have a list of dates and names including a case number of individuals who i spoke to and what information what given since april.Business Response

I am sorry for the inconvenience your dealership may have put you through, however, this company is a website based platform. We do not service customers vehicles and we only sell parts to the public through our websites. June 8th 2023 I spent $109.82 on a part. I was mailed the wrong part. I entered in the information the website asked me to enter in order for the correct part to be mailed to me. The part mailed to me is wrong & they are saying the part can't be returned. They tell me that at checkout I had to enter my Vin #. Well that part is optional not required & when I went to search for my part the website said I could search by my Vin # which I entered & it came up with no results found so I entered the make/model etc. & ordered my part according to what the website brought up in the search. I'm on disability & don't make much ************ are basically telling me I'm just out the amount because they sent me the wrong part. I've talked to 2 different people & basically it's my fault according to them. I'm trying to understand why it's my fault they sent me the wrong part when I done exactly what the website said to do. I understand some parts are nonrefundable but I entered my vehicles information & received the wrong part. The website requires vehicle information in order to find the correct part which I entered all the information it asked for.Business Response

The customer was aware that a *** needs to be put in at check out but also that all electrical items are non-returnable. Below I have attached a copy of the Returns and Refunds portion of our website policy's where it states this information. The customer also has to agree to all terms and conditions before checking out on our website so that each customer will be aware of this policy.
"To ensure order accuracy, the customer will be prompted to provide a Vehicle Identification Number (***) during the ordering process. The *** can be located at the base of the windshield, on the drivers side of the vehicle. Any order placed without a *** is not eligible for a return. Certain items may not be returned or refunded, including electrical parts and components."

On 3/13/23 I ordered a wire jumper for my front axle disconnect and was following the email explaining that the item may take up to 14 days to ship. I called them on 5/4/23 requesting an update and was told it could be 4-6 months before the order would be shipped, I asked why I am paying for shipping when my order would take so long to ship. The associate the stated it would be shipped on 5/5/23. Today on 5/10/23 nothing has been updated. I paid up front for this product and would like some communication regarding where the part is. If they cannot provide the agreed transaction, fine. Tell me. I will not be ordering from this place again. For when they say I have looked and cannot find that order in the system the order number is ********Business Response

Needed a gas line hose for a jeep. Went to the dealership and they said the part was back ordered for February, then May, then April and now they don't even know. Tried online and same story. Its a part made of rubber, how hard is it to manufacture it. Jeep has been sitting for 4 months now because of a rubber hose. Bunch of liars and mediocre customer service. Unfortunately, Mopar as a whole is experiencing delays and backorders but it is not the individual dealerships responsibility for those delays caused by the manufacturer. I currently very disappointed in the customer service with ********************. I have two leased vehicles with Chrysler a Ram Truck and Jeep Cherokee. My leased Ram Truck was side swiped in December 23 2022. My truck was taken to *********************( the dealership where I leased it) to be fixed. My insurance adjuster was out the first of January for my claim. My truck has not been fix yet. I have been waiting for 2 months to get my leased truck fixed. I was initially told Mopar would have the parts in by the end of January then it changed to February According to ****** Mopar has not sent the parts needed to fix my truck and the parts now have no ETA. I was told my truck will not be ready until the end of the summer if then. My lease is up March 16 2023 with Ally and I will be forced to buy a truck I do not want. I have been a loyal customer to Chrysler/******************** and this is horrible customer service. My intentions were to lease two new vehicles but at this time I am not sure if I want to continue to a loyal customer when no loyalty is being shown to me.
