            They rebuilt my transmission December 2019 and I have paperwork stating 3 year unlimited mile warrenty and a paid recipt. I started having issues in the lowest gear September (maybe August) 2021 and brought it back, they spent 2 weeks giving me an initial diagnosis but wanted $1800 to fix what they said was wrong. When I got my car back it no longer went in reverse either.

            Dishonest crooks! We have a motorhome with a 2021 ***** Equinox as our tow vehicle. We bought the Equinox because it can be flat towed behind our motorhome. We have flat towed it all over the country for the last 2 years with no problems.When we got to ************ late March 2024, the car wouldnt go into reverse or drive. We had it towed to Central Automotive and Transmissions and they kept it for 10 days. Never gave us a diagnosis. We kept checking on it and got no information. Finally after 10 days we had to go so we drove the motorhome over to the shop for them to tell us it still wasnt drivable, they had rebuilt the transmission and it needed a transmission module. We never authorized them to rebuild anything, we never got a diagnosis. We towed it home to ******* and dropped it at our ***** dealership. They told us that they had not rebuilt the transmission, they had put a salvage yard transmission in it, and it was full of metal shavings! The dealership also told us our original transmission was still under 5 yr/ 60k mile warranty, but of course it was all voided now that Central Transmissions had touched the transmission. They knew it was under warranty because anytime you type in the **** it would have shown. These people are dishonest crooks! I do not recommend anyone doing business with these crooks!
