    Project started 6/10/24. Never completed. Owner will not comply.Says we keep finding things wrong, that are ***************, scratches on new floor from worker sawing in it. Scratches in counter top. Medicine cabinet, shelves won't stay up. Sink stopper won't stop. Shower glass had to be redone (2 times). To this date, it's not finished.Owner decided to file a lien for final payment because he's afraid to come back for the walk thru, that's supposed to be done 3 days after completion. Then he gets final payment. Going on 5 months.Some of the things that went wrong in this 7-10 day job.Electrician did shoddy work, no GFI plug by sink, left plugs not secure with sheet rock screws Almost burned up our pump for running water under the house.Pipes installed with drain running uphill.Numerous times we had them redo ( good thing hubby was closely watching) a built wall for medicine cabinets, could be pushed on and moved.We had to pay for the glass on the shower.The shower base was wrong direction which started the whole design to be changed.The shower lines were backwards leaving them to have to go through a bedroom wall for an access panel.Hubby did most of the finish work So we could move on.Communication was sparse as we went through weeks of no one showing up, no calls, no updates.Owner was sending texts about final payment (which we were holding per contract) because final walk thru wasn't completed.This company has no leadership nor professional qualities I wish I would have investigated more but I found them using ******* List and thought that was good enough. Boy was I ************ we will counter sue. I'm ready. Caveat emptor!!

    They had a plumber with no experience in installing a custom shower! It looks awful ?? They told us ot was a custom measure shower not the case never use them so sorry we used them please don't spend your money ! We where taken to the cleaners!!

    Do not hire this contractor, very unethical. We were left with a shower drain that was not connected and mold as a result of the leak. ****** get a response from the owner or office manager after multiple phone calls. Shameful business.
