    I purchased a CPO 2020 GLC 43 AMG , *****************, on July 22nd 2024. This vehicle was a certified car meaning it came with a ****** bumper to bumper warranty, along with the remaining factory warranty. The vehicle was purchased with only ***** miles on it. I drove down from ********** for a vacation which is why I choose this dealership and returned my rental to go home. Upon my drive home 5 days later, I noticed during the ride which it was raining that the vehicle was very difficult to maintain in a straight line. After making it to ******** I stopped to take a break and noticed that the drivers front tire was completely bald, and the passenger front tire had visible cord showing making the car undrivable. this could have easily caused and accident with my family on board, As this was a Saturday evening I could not fire ANY tire dealer still open.I checked into a hotel with my two boys and spent the night. I contacted the dealer that evening as I had the salesmen's private phone and explained the situation. He gave me the sales mangers name to contact a Mr ********************* at **********. I spoke with him and informed him I was very upset that the tires didn't last ********************************* ********. I also told him that I believe they should have to pay for these tires. I received no response.Sunday came with no tire companies having the size my vehicle took so I was stuck a second day. Monday ******** received my tires and installed them for $1008.43. They also checked the alignment was perfect. I dove home that evening.For the next week I contacted ** who took my calls for few days and then never returned my call again. I contacted MBUSA headquarters and told them about my issue with Myrtle Beach Mercedes. He sent me an email stating ** would contact me in a day or two. 10 days later I still haven't received a call.Note the rear tires also need replaced no for another $1000 dollars at my expense and I am not requesting for the lost time.

    I started an online application for a car using a preapproval from my bank. The car was for sale and available. After starting the process, I then told I need to come in, when clearly the online buying process states you can do it all online and the vehicle can be shipped after speaking with salesman Brad Stewart going back and forth, he calls me on the phone and stated that his manger said I would need to come in to purchase the vehicle. Didn't give me a reason why they want me to come in, then says I will have to wait for 3 to 4 days for the preapproval check clears none of that is on the website when applying nor on the video listed on their site....

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/01) */ Customer submitted an internet lead on a New Mercedes-Benz E Class coupe. Customer is from out of state in Maryland. Customer secured their own financing through a bank that does a draft check. Draft checks are not certified and do not guarantee funding. Company policy on draft checks are to complete paperwork and send in for funding, once funding is guaranteed by the bank we will release the vehicle. This was very clearly stated that you could absolutely do this with your lender, but until the paperwork was completed, the vehicle would be available for sale. The vehicle will be available for sale until paperwork has been completed and sent back. If there is a customer physically here at the dealership with secure funds they will take precedence and be able to take immediate delivery. We do not take deposits to hold new vehicles, they are on a first come first serve basis, unless they were special ordered. This vehicle is still available, the paperwork and entire deal may be completed 100% from their residence in Maryland, the sooner the paperwork is overnighted and mailed back with the draft check, the sooner we will be able to apply for funding, and the sooner they will be able to have the vehicle secured and delivered to their home.
