      Buyer beware! The owner will take money for services that do not occur, and he is very disrespectful. Do not use them unless you want to be disappointed with everything and get ripped off. They will not keep the installation date, are rude, and I would not recommend them.

      If I could leave ZERO stars, I WOULD. The morning of our install, I called the office asking for Aqua locks because we were getting a pool. The man on the phone said, oh you will be getting a pool? I said correct, he said no worries and added the locks. While the installers were here, I asked MULTIPLE times about pool code and they said they were doing everything to pool code.Weeks later we got a pool estimate and they told us our fence was not up to code. Although we did not say upfront that we would be getting a pool when we got quoted, I mentioned it the morning of and throughout that day. If the fence needed to be changed, they should have told me that before they installed it.I called Gator Strong and let them know this and they said there was nothing they would do. We would have to pay ANOTHER 5K to replace the fence.Do not expect anything from this company!

      The fence work is great but there is so much disorganization in the office. We have been working with them since the first of December to get a fence. They came out for the install on Thursday and installed the wrong fence because of a miscommunication in the office and with the salesman (that is no longer with the company). They finally came out with the *********** on Sunday and I have no complaints about their actual work but it took way too long to get the *********** in. I do not recommend their services to anyone. They did not compensate for their mistakes, and we were told by the *** that we had to pay full price even after the miscommunication because they lost money on the job because of THEIR own mistake. We were wanting some more of their other services on our new build but we will take our business elsewhere in the future. They were going to leave all the access dirt in my neighbors yard until we pointed it out and then they cleaned it up. Very very unprofessional and unorganized.

      Gator Strong is the worst company my husband and I have ever dealt with! In February ********************************************************* **********. The contract stated that we would be closing on the home at the end of April. As soon as we closed (April 27) we contacted the office in ********** expecting to get a start date for our fenced install. Well, that was the beginning of an immense run around! On Monday (May 15) my husband even spoke to one of the owners who assured him that someone would get back to him by the of the day... no such luck! I do not know how they stay in business. NO customer service!! I want my very large deposit refunded so that we can contract with a company who truly cares about their business. Choose a star rating???? I wish I could give none.

      Extremely unprofessional. Management is disrespectful. **************** is unsatisfactory and the work is rushed and performed by unqualified employees.
