    Do not use **** Newman -contractor! He will bate and switch material. He will not follow specs on plans. Installed broken pipe. No 57 stone under boxes. Used plastic instead of Rpc. The list goes on. He hired Carolina ********* systems LLC to do the site work. Changes were made without owner permission.(Response)Claims I didnt pay for Sitework lie. Paid 168k in full. Job site was stopped due to Sitework failing inspection. Failed to build to spec. GC filed lien and suit to keep getting paid instead of doing his job as to the contract. He is in breached for not following the plans.Plans called for stone from a Scdot approved pit. (Limestone) they changed it to a dumpster recycled mix with brick and mortar. Which is Not approved material from SCDOT. He is not authorized to change any parts of plans without owner consent.Do not use this GC. He will *** you instead of doing an honest business.Another lie is that I approved Blantons work.
