  Do NOT hire this guy. I agree with all of the complaints. He talks a good talk at the beginning saying he will have the job done in one day with no problem, no worry, without a doubt. Those are his words. He came the first day with no help, so I was questioning how he is going to get this done in one night all alone. I paid him a deposit and ended up leaving the job because I wanted him to be able to work without anyone talking to him. When I looked on my cameras, he left as soon as I did. That is when the excuses began as to why he has to leave early or why he can't return. About a week later, he shows back up but was running extremely late. Had a helper that came but both were very slow. They have no idea how to lay laminate flooring. He even had the nerve to ask me for another $100 so he could pay his helper. I said no because he had already gotten a deposit. I reminded him that he first said he wouldn't collect the second half of payment until job was complete. They stayed for a few hours and then left without being done. Once again, I left the house that night because it was late. I then get a message saying we will be back tomorrow night, no worry, no doubt, 100% money granted, and job will be completed. Once he finally returned again, I had to stay with him the entire time just to get my money's worth of what I had already paid him. After I got a lot of what I paid for done, I left and shortly after, he left. Had an emergency with a child but took his time scanning over my property and urinating in my front yard. I knew when I left, I was going to fire him, but that put the icing on the cake. I fired him the next morning and didn't pay him another dime.

  Absolutely do not hire this company/person, *********************** unless you want crappy work, lots of lies, and someone stealing your money! He talks a good game and sounds really believable but its all a front to get you to him money. He did some flooring in my kitchen and entry way and also moved my washer and dryer. The flooring doesnt go all the way to the wall and you can see the under floor. He still has holes in my wall from where he never returned to do any of the work he was supposed to. *** talked to several others that hes scammed as well. Do not use this lying thief.

  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!Trea (*******) ******* aka KMD SERVICES is a SCAM Artist, and a THIEF!!!! Poor service, lies after more lies. I have endured over a year of nightmare from this man....Paid him over $4000 to install River Rock, to which he did, but basically did not channel properly around edge like your supposed) and now rock all over yard. I could have done that. Was going to have him do concrete, paid thousands, and no show after no show, asked for my money back, check bounced, so legally had him, he started paying some back, with every BS story, as he took vacations, I was nice and waited, but persistent for my money. He still owes me and has blocked me on phone, Face book, etc. (Very BAD DECISION on his part).I am OUT of patience and my hard-earned money, and NOBODY likes a THIEF!!!He also went by K&M Remodeling&Property Services,same SCAM, stealing money! His invoices do NOT state (NO REFUNDS) he is a liar. Changed his Company name. See part of complaint K&M Remodeling&Property Services Sept.3, 2021, **************************, III was supposed to do a backsplash for my new home. Because I had already given him a $500 deposit, and he had already cashed my check, I asked if he was willing to do the job for the $500 instead of $750. He said no, I asked for my money back. He said that I will have it that afternoon and it never happened. Instead, we went back and forth via text and phone calls from Sept. 3rd to Nov.r 10th. He sent me $100, with the promised to send me the rest if I agreed to let him keep $100 for the supplies that he purchased and the time he wasted. I agreed, but I never got the rest of the money. He stole from me. I was naive to fall for given a large deposit on a work he never did I. His invoice did not said that deposit would have been forfeited if I did not want him to do the job. I want all $400 that is owe.List of people he stole from:*******************, *******************************,*******************************,*************************************************, *************************** FRIEND!

  Contracted KMD to come out and help with a house remodel. They where on time and did everthing they said they would. Even when we changed the plans up they didn't demand more money. I see the bad reviews and I don't get it maybe when they first started out they made mistakes but the company we hired made sure to do the job at the highest level possible. We already hired to do more work in are home. Very very pleased with the company. Very fairly priced.

  Had a very bad experience with KMD Services (owned by "Trea" / ******* *******, ****
  We hired him to re-do a bathroom. He made several appointments to do the work, but always had a reason why he could not show up. After several missed appointments, we asked for a refund ($800). He said he would come by and give up a check for the total amount. Again, he was a no show several times with many flimsy excuses. He finally showed up and wrote a check for the amount he owed **. The bank would not cash the check. We then deposited it our banking account. The check was returned due to insufficient funds. We have sent him a certified letter, requesting a cashier's check or cash. Should not have been surprised that the address on his business invoice, was not correct. Beware of this company. As someone else said in their review, **** talks a good talk, but is a no show & will write a worthless check as a refund.

  Stay away from KMD Services LLC. Trea will talk a great game but will not show to do the work and when he does, he does a poor job. Takes your money and will not do a good job and will not refund you when he takes your money. Gave me a story that his tools and materials were stolen and had me pay over $2k with the promise to pay me back. Will not refund your money, essentially stole my money. Makes promises he has no intention on coming through. Cost me over $15k to fix the damage he did to my condo bathroom and shower. Did not drape off the bathroom and cover Andy furniture when he demo'd the bathroom and spread dust and debris all over my condo. Had to cancel several guests due to his unreliability and poor work. Stay away from this business!! I am giving him one star because I had to in order to complete the review. ZERO stars..
