1 starMy family and I arrived at Captain Quarters Resort ************ around 11:30pm with reservations that were changed on their behalf due to overbooking issues. That resulted our stay to be in a different room which was unprofessional. They agreed and gave me a cancellation receipt which I found out later this receipt was in the name of someone else. Now Im stuck with paying for a room didnt stay in.Review fromLadyt

1 starThe suite that I paid for was H*** the couch bed had **** stains on it black stains the sides of the bed yellow foam was black and it smells it was torn on the inside and outside of the bed ?? the wall ?? frame was broken the fitted sheet had yellow stains on it inside the bedroom the first ?? had stains on the sheets and dirt on the sleep on sheet and black long hair on it bugs where crawling on it bugs was hopping on it the second bed ?? had yellow stains on the fitted sheets and dirt on the bottom sheet then the ceiling was leaking water ?? in the front room and in the bedroom the kitchen was not cleaned food on the counter and on the floor under the refrigerator microwave was not cleaned the bathroom door hinges was falling off had to lift the door to close it I complained there was No other Room Available thats what I was Told they had to check tomorrow morning I took pictures of Everything so I asked for more sheets and blankets and I put them on top of the beds and all 6 of us slept 1 Autistic child it was a week of H*** I would like to be Compensated Back My MoneyReview fromLarry P

1 starCalled to make a reservation. Even after reviewing the website and price. Know were on the website for reservations does it state a parking fee of $12.00 per day. While speaking to the representative and started to book our room as a first time guest. Bad Business to not incorporate the parking fee. Even when checking out he said it would not show online until you start to checkout. On top of his arguing that all facilities on the strip charge for parking. That is simply not true. He also stated the parking fee was because so close to the airport that guest uber or take a taxi. My suggestion is add into cost into fees, not sneek into the back end of reservations when you decide this is where we were going to stay.Review fromBrittany K

2 starsWe stayed at Captains Quarters July 6-11th. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. First, when we arrived there were a million people checking-in/out and the front parking lot was full. We pulled in the middle like everyone else, but made sure we werent blocking the parking garage. We had to wait in line a while. Once we finished checking in they told us about the parking fee and a deposit of $150 or $40. We got finished and went back to our car. A security guard was blocking mine and my daughters door. He claimed that he came inside three times to ask whose vehicle it was. My husband and I explained that we didnt hear him and it was our first time staying here. There also wasnt any signs that said you couldnt park there. We finally got in our car; I basically had to open the door to get him to move. Once we finally got to our room, we were pretty disappointed. Our room had two queen **** and a small kitchen. The kitchen had barely anything in it. Most things were old. The refrigerator had lots of marks and dents in it. Every time we needed something we had to call for it and employees were rude and careless. Most attractions were extremely ran down. The arcade was okay, bowling and the restaurant was closed. None of this was told to us, we had to figure it out on our own. The pools were okay, but need some work done to them. They also recommended a restaurant called **********. While we were there, flies surrounded us constantly, service was terrible, and our waitress couldnt get us change for a $100 because she forgot our meal total. I went to check out on July 11 to speak to someone about all of my concerns because we paid almost $2,000 for our stay. I waited up front for a few minutes and all the lady said to me was if youre checking out, put the keys in the box. We wont be back and I wouldnt ever suggest it.Review fromGayle H

We stayed June 21-28,2024. We were in room 1260. My grandkids got bitten several times by bed bugs. Our room tested positive for bed bugs. After staying 2 days with bugs they treated our room and our luggage. Which I had to take a day to wash luggage for 8 people. Ruined that day. We got moved to 654 and had no hot water. We reported it several times and was told they working on pipes to cut all water on in all sinks and shower and it will get hot. It did for about 30 seconds. I had to hear complaints from my family about taking cold showers. My whole vacation was ruined. Did not enjoy any of it.Captains Quarters Resort

******************** communicated her concerns with our supervisor and she was given a refund for the inconveniences she had while she stayed with us. The refund can take up to 10 business days to show in the guest's bank account but was processed on our end during their stay.Review fromWanita M

1 starStayed at captains quaters from June 28 thru 1st left early because the stay wasn't a great experience. The resort was packed during this time room had hair all over the floor, the smell of weed was so strong couldn't sit out on the balcony, microwave was encased so far against the wall i could barely open it room was right across from elevator so u heard people coming ******** all nite will never ho backReview frombrooke c

i would give negative stars i went to this resort with my family and it was all fun and games until i got home and discovered bed bugs in my luggage and they infested my things. makes sense though because the staff wasnt helpful ive tried contacting captains quarters several times and have been ignored hung up on and left on hold for hours. i need to get in contact because this is disgusting. and i want my money back.Captains Quarters Resort

1 starI wish we had a better experience here. We made the best of our stay but so many things cannot go ignored and unchanged. I specifically asked for a lower level room because I have an extreme fear of elevators and a son with special needs. We were on the TOP FLOOR! There were "no more rooms available" and even the next day they looked and "nothing was available". The elevator got stuck and an employee was on there radioing another one. When it opened I darted out and went straight towards the stair and they both laughed at me. The air conditioning unit by the door was leaking and I slipped and my son.. We kept towels there but my ankle is still swollen. I have pictures! Everyday for the rest of our stay I would have to walk up to the 15th floor with a swollen ankle.... The Housekeeping and maintence staff would stand outside our corner room to look out but talking loudly on their phones and/or talking to each other, my 3 year old son was trying to sleep in the bed by the window. There were pools for my son's age that were not working at all. It says no smoking but you can't enjoy the balcony because people are smoking weed and cigarettes. Those of us with asthma don't enjoy that too much.ANY employee I asked information about knew nothing said I don't know and never seemed an answer I had maybe 2 questions answered. I will say there was one employee at the Front Desk that was great! She should be there more because she deserves a star on her own. **** or **** I think her name was. I had to cancel my reservation do to having surgery and was told by email that I would receive my refund in 7 to 10 days. It has been 10 days and I still haven't received my refund so I emailed them back and was called and told that it would be 3 to 4 weeks before I get a refund. It didn't take them 3 to 4 weeks to take it off of my accountCaptains Quarters Resort

Hi ****************. Your refund will be issued in the form of a check. This process does take 3-4 weeks. Credit card refunds take 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, we were not able to refund your credit card. You should receive your refund by check within 4 weeks. I was able to find the check in our system and it looks like the information was sent to our accounting office on March 18th and the check was cut on March 26th. Please allow some time for the check to be sent to our corporate offices for signature and then it will be mailed. Please contact me if you haven't received it by April 15th. I am sorry for the inconvenience. I hope you have a wonderful day.
