PUBLIC BEWARE of BED BUGS at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Myrtle Beach. In town for business, this was my first time at this hotel and I got BED BUG bites on my leg. They moved me to a different room and offered no remediation whatsoever. Just an email address for their "management team." Really? I took pictures and videos at the time of the incident and of my leg as it got swollen, itchy and painful. I went to my doctor and was given a prednesone shot and prescription. I also used antihistimine, advil, benadryl and hydrocortisone. Very unpleasant. Per their instruction, I emailed a letter asking them to remove the room charge and pictures of the bug and my leg but they did not reply. I re-sent everything again a few days later and still no reply. It's been 2 weeks since the incident, which leads me to believe that they could care less and are ghosting me. I am planning to file a lawsuit and of course will never stay there again. A one star rating is too high for their lack of customer service.
