    We had reservations for the Double King **** with Kitchenette at Grande Beach July 2-July 6. The description on the website stated The Double King ****s have two king-size beds, flatscreen TV, and a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. When we entered the room, it had only one bathroom when we were expecting two bathrooms. The description states EACH ROOM has en suite bathroom. We went back to the desk and told them we needed the room with two bathrooms and they told me I was misreading the description. I asked for some compensation on this misleading information. The request was denied. Management said the description was technically correct. I firmly disagree. THIS WAS FALSE ADVERTISING. The rooms had no closets (not even a rack attached to the wall.) Also, there we not sprinkler system or smoke alarm in the rooms. ****s only had the beds, not one chair in the room. The bathroom was cramped and no shelf to hold soap or shampoo in the shower. The front door did not shut firmly. The room appears to still be under renovation. I am requesting a partial refund..DESCRIPTION FROM WEBSITE The rooms have individual room heat/air conditioning, neutral colors, and room darkening drapes. They also come with a refrigerator, microwave. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. Comfort and convenience is our motto for these room designs. The best part of this room is the balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean.

    I have reservations from December 23 until December 26 we checked in the room they didn’t have a person at the reservation desk had to make a telephone call and she came we went to our room we didn’t have heat it was 60° and it didn’t get above 62° also the doors had cracks in them and the air was blowing through them didn’t have any hot water to take a shower I went back that night and spoke to the girl that was in charge I asked to speak to a manager and she said they didn’t have a manager on duty so we had to stay in that room that night which was very cold the next morning that I went back and asked if they had another room or so they moved us to another room the heat wasn’t any better in that room cracks all around the door no hot water she gave us some blankets to use which didn’t help a lot. I asked to speak to the manager she told me she wasn’t there it wouldn’t be back until after December 26 gave me her email address I tried to get in touch with them on the 27th I never did get an answer call back still didn’t get in touch with them also the heat in the lobby was set on 40° Still trying to get in touch with them with no response from them I made a deposit on 1217 for 229.12 then when I checked in on the 23rd they charge the balance that I owed which was 229.11 i’m asking for a refund
