    Would rate less then 0 if possible. Horrible customer service, no attempt to be helpful, no response to emails. Requested to pay to upgrade and book another night as I reserved a smoking room by mistake and wanted to change (and was advised there were several rooms available) but was told I could only cancel and lose my money to rebook a different room. Ended up being charged even though didn't stay.

    If LESS than one star was an option, that would apply here. UNSAFE and UNFIT motel for not only adults but ESPECIALLY children. Recreational drug usage obvious from smell and smoke rolling out of every room, urine in the elevator, vomit in the halls, broken room door, the smell was horrific, cockroaches everywhere and guests dirty laundry laying in the halls. We were absolutely appalled at the general uncleanliness of this motel as well...and the fact that the management didn't care at all when we brought up these issues. "It happens" Not with my KIDS!!! No one should be expected to stay in those conditions, let alone children. IT IS UNSAFE.

    Worst place ever! Dirty!!! Stinks like pot and smoke! Nothing was like the pictures at all. The door was busted and would not latch. Could not stay there! We lost our money and ended up going to a different place! The bed was broke! Trash and litter everywhere! Supposed to check in at four, room was not ready! Tub was so dirty it was awful! Staff was very rude!
