My fellow elderly neighbors Beware of any services by All American Lawn Maintenance beyond cutting the grass, edging, and blowing the yard. I paid a lot of money in March for services advertised by the owner, *****, for a beginning-season lawn application to consist of 4 items: pesticide, pre-emergent, fungicide, and fertilizer, and included a cut before the application. ** I tried multiple times to get an *** on the service I had paid for, but the company was unresponsive by email or phone. After a month of my continued efforts going unanswered, I finally get the response: I was on the schedule for a cut. However, I was looking for an *** on the beginning-season applications, which I had already paid for, not a cut per se. **Finally, a month later, in April I watched the workers cut the grass and use a small hand spreader filled one time with one bag of substance (not enough product to cover my entire yard, let alone represent four ingredients). Two weeks later I received a second cut and invoice. ** The $90 bill was listed as a cut, weed control, and a second cut. I emailed the owner asking when the beginning-season lawn application was going to be done, ***** said the April cut and fertilizer charge was the beginning-season lawn application. He adjusted the bill, removing the weed control and a mow, and sent an adjusted bill for $40 for the second cut only. **I continued to communicate that the beginning-season lawn application was never done, but ***** continually says the cut and fertilizer charged and removed from the bill in May were the applications. To settle, I offered to have the $90 taken out of the money I had already for the application not received, and I would eat the rest. Tracys response is no; he would not accept this offer and instead said he would add monthly late fees to the $40 bill he says I owe until it reaches an acceptable amount to send to collections.

Your wife submitted a claim that was closed by the BBB after receiving documentation. The state also requires us to keep records on all chemical applications. This is normally a pre pay on service and as an established customer in good faith we provided the application before charging you. You did receive the application and have not paid your bill. We use a spreader, which you have acknowledged several times did happen, for all of our applications. Your prompt payment for services rendered is appreciated. As an additional note, I did offer to wave late fees if the bill was paid within a certain time frame. Mrs. ****** ********, Owner
