  I moved here from mass and came here thinking I could trust getting injections as it's a board certified plastic surgeon office. I should of waited and went with personal referrals. Firstly they took a consult fee then never applied to my services. Still have not received refund. Secondly , but most importantly the work done I came in and stayed I was not happy with. They wanted to charge me more. I am attaching photos so you can see there's no visible difference with the filler I paid 650 for. I have lip discoloration from lip injection. It looks uneven. My smile lines look pretty much exactly the same. Look at photos and you tell me? For Botox I now have lines on my head when I don't scrunch my forhead that never existed before. In before photo she has me scrunching, but not forhead normally. I have less scrunching now, but not permant lines. Injection for botex was done inproperly I was told from another practice. The look I wanted to achieve was done inproperly. She went right into smile lines instead of cheeks and under nose. I went back explained myself and got nowhere. I also have a lump on my face from filler!! I was told massage it. The nurse is **** do not go to her. Avoid this office period. Unhappy costumers should be fixed at no charge especially when it's on them!! Photos below so you can see there's no difference with smile lines . It's hard to seen lump but where red **** is . Is where it is. I'm not just going to be burned . An I'm not going to argue when I go in staying my concerns I'm just lied to . When I went to another practice who told me all the errors they seen and explained what **** the nurse did wrong . She's new . It needs to be delt with or I'll be filing complaint, lawsuit, and I will get cc refund . She did the filler injections improperly. She promised all the lines would be gone. I asked numerous times before leaving . An went back for the run around of excuses. I have photos of proof showing no difference with the before and after

  Our office has been in contact with this patient via email and voice messages. She was offered to come in and get more product or have the product that resulted in a "lump" as she claims to be dissolved. She has chosen not to do that and at this time.

  They want me to pay for their mistakes lol. Can't admit they were wrong or even appoligized once!! Arguing via emails was all that was accomplished. . Readers would you go back to a office that disfigured your face and trust them? On top of it all they wanted me pay them to correct it!! It should of been offered free of charge, but it was not. Also, received two second opinions from MDs I was advise not to have it drained woule cause more issues and leave it alone. They are the most horrible office to deal with ever. Avoid , Avoid . Everything I stated is factual. They are trying to cover themselves as they don't want to admit they made huge mistakes on my face. Of course their going to make up stories to avoid lawsuit. Myrtle beach residents or anyone visting i reccomened *********** for any injections. Stay far away from here. Read their Yelp reviews for plastic surgery. I so wish I seen before. Also, they blocked me on Fb to hide my review ! Delete off google. This is only place they can't delete is off here. I have photos of before and after with proof I've posted to all other reviews I made. Check google and Yelp. (Unless they were able to get it deleted) They blocked me on Fb to remove my review. You cannot delete reviews from here. They are 100 percent factual and will send photos to BBB to make sure this is not removed. I would never put this much time and energy if this wasn't something truly done wrong to me. The emails from this office were appalling of just them getting to admit there was a lump!! Arguing and saying she's educating me instead of addressing the issues at hand and saying I'm sorry we will take care of this. The emails show the evidence of it all. Pictures show the evidence. This woman makes up her own "education" to justify the mistakes made. Which I'm not able to post here , but will forward to any party who needs them
