The website for recreation centers asks you to submit a request for use of the classrooms online. I submitted my request to use the classroom, also noticing NO one was on the schedule for the evening as of yet. Then I called the facility and the front desk took my number down and I asked the person scheduling to call me back. Another couple of days goes by with no return call, so I submitted another request online. I called again a couple of days later and the same front desk person said he will give the coordinator the message and he would call me back. Another few days go by at this point its been 2 weeks. I call again and the front desk says he'll give my info to the coordinator. I don't get a call back. I also fill out another request on the website for the classroom and another week goes by. Then I receive an email from the coordinator, *************************, and it says the classroom is not available. I emailed him back stating I have submitted the request 3 times starting 3 weeks ago and never heard anything back. He emailed me back saying someone walked in and reserved it. I emailed back stating this isn't right that I've tried to get a hold of him for 3 weeks and reserved it online 3 times. He did not try to resolve the issue, saying he has hundreds of requests. Mine should have been first since it was done 3 weeks ago. I obviously do not want to use this facility any longer due to the ineptitude of *****. However, I do believe this should be investigated. If they require us to fill out a reservation request online then they shouldn't allow walk ins to book the facility. Or make them apply online as well and base it off of first come, first serve. Ridiculous management in my opinion. Makes it very unfair for others who have already requested it the proper way. Thank you,***
