If I could leave a zero I would. I was very ill when I attended my timeshare preview. I asked to leave and they pressured me to stay - I even said I need to leave and was no longer interested on the recorded conversation. I asked questions that they refused to answer. I ended up with pneumonia and called one day late to cancel my purchase. Everything was lies. The sales person gave me his cell phone number and I sent him a text and he didn't respond. He promised me he was not lying but it was absolute lies. Worst decision of my life.Capital Vacations, LLC

We participated in a very long, more than 3 hours presentation and we received a $150 "gift card" that was actually a refund from a deposit they took from us. Our booking was through Monster Reservation Group. They took a deposit of $298.66 but we received a receipt for only $124. From this deposit we received the "gift card" of $150. We did check in with Capital Vacation and the presentation was at the location in *******, **. At the check-in, we were required to pay additional fees we were not aware of, and some of those fees we were told would be refunded after we check out.We were charged $100+ $138.79. We are still waiting for that refund. We check out on 04/05/2025.Capital Vacations, LLC

Beware of dealing with ***** from Capital Vacations. Weve been trying to get out of our timeshare, and despite her requesting a call, she repeatedly ignored our attempts to reach her. I emailed, called, and left messages, but she never got back to me. Instead, she sent a dismissive email refusing to help and shutting us down completely. This company has shown zero concern for our situation and has made the process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and compassion. I recently spoke with ******* at the timeshare regarding our situation. I spent 12 minutes on the phone explaining my concerns, but unfortunately, I havent received any meaningful assistance. Weve been receiving 2-3 texts per week, which adds unnecessary stress to an already overwhelming situation. We simply cant afford this anymore, as we are on ****************** With so much uncertainty ahead, we desperately need to get out of this timeshare so we can focus on what truly matters.Capital Vacations, LLC

Avoid Capital Vacations We have had a terrible experience with Capital Vacations and cannot recommend this company to anyone. When my wife and I initially attended their presentation in December 2021, we were subjected to 5 hours of relentless pressure. Despite saying "no" multiple times, we were passed between four different salespeople, each promising "better deals," "extra points," and exclusive perks like tickets to shows. I have a traumatic brain injury and PTSD from my time serving in *******, which makes it difficult for me to process lengthy conversations, and the experience left both my wife and me completely exhausted. We finally gave in and purchased the smallest package. Arranging travel was complicated, and the destination options were far more limited than what we were told. When we finally traveled to ************ in April 2022, we were appalled by the condition of the accommodations. The property was poorly maintained, lacked cleanliness, and offered none of the advertised amenities we were looking forward to. On top of that, when we thought we were attending a meeting to learn how to make better use of the program, it turned into yet another aggressive sales pitch. My wife is now unable to travel, leaving us unable to use the membership. I am a 100% disabled veteran with memory challenges, and we've explained our situation to Capital Vacations multiple times, asking them to cancel the membership. Despite our circumstances, they outright refuse to work with us and continue to trap us in this contract. We even contacted the Missouri Attorney General, but Capital Vacations denied all accountability. This company is as untrustworthy! They prey on vulnerable people with high-pressure tactics and make promises they have no intention of keeping. Their refusal to address or accommodate our situation is deeply unethical. I strongly urge you to avoid them at all costs.Capital Vacations, LLC

We thought we were getting an ****** but somehow it was capital vacations place. Now they call to get me to stay with them again. They call more than any collections agency or those scam calls. They call from a different number so you cant block them. The only way is to start yelling at them till they hopefully stop callingCapital Vacations, LLC

I highly regret my decision to purchase a timeshare packet through Capital Vacations. The sales process was full of misleading promises and incentive tactics. Once I signed I discovered...* I was not told I had NO access to the website as a 'discovery packet'. I very inconvenienced having to call to inquire what is available and where?* The number on the documents I received was incorrect, had to be redirected. * I was told I'd have flexible vacation options, later realized that the availability was more limited than I was led to believe. * The "special perks" that were promised as part of the package is still non-existent.* The sale *** and I emailed for 2 months; typo on email, confirmation# missing a digit, etc...* My work hour are the same as their customer service hours. The people purchasing your product are employed; where is the service?* Finally, the sale person went "Ghost". I have not hear from him since March 1st. I am an educator. I value my time; how, where, and when; I'm sure everyone feel the same. I feel like this company cared more about closing the sale than actually providing the service they promised.Capital Vacations, LLC
